Job Description : Responsible for overall project Execution in terms of Cost, Quality & Schedule. Ensure consistency in work processes, codes & standards implementation across Portfolio Projects. Plan & Direct the team of Project Managers/Project Engineers, Technical Discipline leads for cost-effective approach towards Project execution Ensure effective Project Co-ordination between HVEC and onsite team though actively interfacing with respective Site Interface Managers Responsible for Change Management Implementation. Responsible for effective project information management within project team. Intervein& be decisive over conflict Management. Attend various Project Review meetings (Internal as well as External) Compliance to ISMS, HSE Plan. Establish Sub-Contracting strategy in coordination with ExxonMobil & Execute. Ensure & Appraise on Resource Management at Onsite & HVEC Participate to Design Review &Intervein/mediate to actions requires cross functional resolutions. Comment Analysis and resolution for Inter Disciplinary comments (Multiple Stake Holders). Adherence to Project Objectives & Compliance.
