Job Description : We are looking for VP for a very reputed steel manufacturing company Experience : 20 – 25 Yrs in Steel / Metal Industry Education : MBA with BE / B.Tech(Mechanical) Job Description : - Overall profitability of operations and accountable for formulating strategies of planning, execution of plans, overall growth of the company both organic and inorganic. - Strategic Planning and Financial Control - EST (Economical, Social, Technological), Stakeholders, Financials. - Develop and ensure execution strategies for production that supports sales objectives, inventory control, cost reduction, and margin plans for business growth. - Manage production costs and improve profitability. - Oversee the production process, draw up a production schedule and ensure that the production is cost effective. - Plan and monitor effective mobilization of manpower, material, machinery and utilities as well as overall production operations for ensuring timely completion. - Monitor the production financially, qualitatively, developing a master schedule and its monitoring. - Oversee all staff scheduling, time off requests and overtime Excellent Communication, Writing, Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
