Job Description :WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SR. SALES MANAGER & SALES ENGINEER FOR A MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY EDUCATION: DIPLOMA / B.E – MECHANICAL / CHEMICAL EXPERIENCE: FOR SR. SALES MANAGER : MIN 7 YRS FOR SALES ENGINEER: MIN 3 – 4 YRS LOCATION: RAJKOT AND OTHER REGIONS OF SAURASHTRA & KUTCH JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must meet directly with users and higher ups in large chemical,paper, fertilizer, power, petrochemical, refineries, steel, cement plants and industries on coastal belt. Also, convince them over competition. 2. Analyse and improve market place for company and its products. 3. Check if work done properly by applicators. Improve their knowledge, skills and efficiency. 4. Understand competitor and their products and service. Use it as tool to increase our sales. 5. Maintain cordial relations with customers’. Be courteous and tactful. 6. Potential for developing leadership qualities. 7. Listens and understands others point of view before reacting. 8. Strong understanding of dead or alive issue. 9. Good grasping of technical issues rather than technically competent. 10. Very good at communication using emails and phone. Articulate in speech and writing. Command over English a must.
