Job Description :WE ARE LOOKING FOR R & D HEAD Qualification: PhD holder in microbiology, biochemistry or biotechnology Gender: Male Job Description : Conduct formulation development activities for biofertilizers, biopesticides, organic agriculture inputs and bio larvicides. Main focus of the position would be the development and advancement of lab related activities for the development, registration and manufacture of new products, formulations and introduction of the new technologies for crop care and public health domains. Design and implement detailed formulation R&D assignments, which are relevant for the business for active ingredients and formulations Design and implement strategies to suggest and improve existing product formulations Execute R&D projects to achieve company objectives and communicate project status through technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Design, conduct and interpret experiments and studies that will ensure regist rability, manufacturability and scalability of the developed products Identify and analyse various samples of products and raw materials for their deviations as per the recommended parameters and recommend changes if necessary Ideate, design, implement and document experiments for product field testing by coordinating with the field trial team. Evaluate formulations using standard physical, chemical and biological methods Help in the scale-up and manufacturing launch of the developed products Provide technical and commercial support after-market launch and share the knowledge with field trial and other internal teams through training programs. Languages: English, Hindi Core Expertise: An effective communicator with good inter-personal, leadership skills, presentation and negotiation skills. Self motivator and team player.
