Enquiry receive from customer 2. Prepare quotation 3. Quotation follow up 4. Datasheet/TC follow up 5. SPA working 6. Confirm stock availability 7. Prepare Invoice(Alternative work) 8. Documentary Work 9. Revised Quotation 10. Letter Drafting 11. Inform related sales person about stock availability against given quotation 12. POLYCAB side follow up 13. Order received and lost record 14. Vendor Registration form and other company related documents 15. Prepare Proforma Invoice 16.
