Design and conduct training and development programs to improve network performance. 2. analyzing training needs. 3. Generate sales in new markets and establish new channels. 4. Converting urban market leads into sales & increasing count of distributors in network. 5. Solving grievances of the network, Managing Processes. Candidate should be comfortable for 7-10 days travelling outside Aizawl. Langauages: Mizo, English (compulsory) & Hindi.
