Job Description :WE ARE LOOKING FOR SR. ACCOUNTANT FOR A VERY REPUTED COMPANY Qualification: C.A / M.BA – FINANCE / ICWA LOCATION: BAHADURGARH --- DELHI NCR CTC UPTO 12.00 LACS PA EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 7 YRS FOR CA AND 10 YRS FOR NON CA JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: . Asset Management of all 11 branches includes Acquisition, Utilization and Disposal. . Periodic verification of Fixed Assets and Equipments of Workshop. . Workshop Revenue Analysis between Actual v/s Target with reason of gaps. . Preparation of various P&L reports and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines . Prepare and present Year-to-Date (YTD) Analysis of Income & Expenditure . Cost Analysis - branch-wise analysis of Direct and Indirect Cost. . Headed as Team Leader in Infrastructure & CI Audit and WAR Audit (Workshop Assessment Report) done by TATA Motors Limited. . Prepare reports of Off-take v/s Consumption of Spare parts on monthly basis and calculate incentives to be received from TATA Motors Limited thereon. . Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable Management . Manages all administrative assignments of all branches, encouraging personal and professional development of the culturally diverse department. . Devised and deployed multiple cost-savings initiatives resulting in a 6% reduction in company expenditures. . Scrutinizing of monthly journal entries accounts and various ledgers.
